Supporting the provision of quality, inclusive children’s services Level 5 leaders? ‘ Level 5 leaders channel their ego needs away from themselves and into the larger goal of building a great company. It’s not that Level 5 leaders have no ego or self interest. Indeed they are incredibly ambitious-but their ambition is first and foremost for the institution, not themselves’. (Collins, 2001, p21)

Supporting the provision of quality, inclusive children’s services The 2 sides of Level 5 Professional will  Creates superb results;  Demonstrates unwavering resolve;  Sets the standard;  Looks in the mirror to apportion blame. Personal humility  Demonstrates compelling modesty;  Acts with quiet, calm determination;  Channels ambition into the company;  Looks out the window to apportion credit for the company.
