 Before implementing an LMS, make sure you have the team in place to support both the front-lines and the back-end  Sound change management and project management methodology will allow for a successful implementation  Place the right people on the project team who will know the ins-and-outs of training as well as the technological ability to run an LMS BEST PRACTICES

 Create a timeline that allows sufficient time and resources  Branding your LMS will increase user-acceptance and helps to create excitement  Get buy-in from all areas of the company by asking them what they would like to see on your LMS  Help them see the value and how it can affect their area  Implementing an LMS will allow you to save money while delivering a consistent message to all learners KEY LEARNINGS
