Suitability Indicators Take 5 minutes to discuss two indicators for Literacy and Basic Skills and Employment Services Be prepared to share with the group

Internal Advertising

Brainstorm What do your job seekers need? What can LBS offer? Take 10 minutes to discuss this at your table Be prepared to share your findings

Collaboration Determine the need within your client base - Invite learners to attend ES workshops - Share all employment related events with LBS - Partner on learner plans for volunteer opportunities

Collaboration Managers meet regularly to discuss updates, successes and challenges Share community updates Attend community meetings and speak to both programs

Marketing Presentations to Chamber of Commerce members and other business groups on both ES and LBS Job Developers discuss staffing and training needs with employers, including upgrading Television in resource centre includes LBS information
