III. Introduction/ Background Give the overall objectives of the research and the specific questions to be addressed Include information such as the criteria used for site selection and background information on characteristics of the study population relevant to the research

IV. Study Design and Methodology Describe the research setting (where the research is taking place) Describe the information collection and information management utilized. Justify selection and training of the research members

V. Findings/Result Describe the findings for each theme Interpret the information by topic area and research objectives or questions Document your findings by using quotes and matrices to illustrate and support results

VI. Conclusions and Recommendations Summarize or prioritize the different themes that you describe and interpret Conclude your interpretation by using some of the following terms: “almost all,” “all,””some,” “only one,”
