Using biotechnological, food technological techniques & tools developed novel food products (biscuits, protein powder, tomato soup powder, chutneys, pickels, jams etc.). Played major instrumental role in launching Green Gold Spirulina foods. Spirulina Foods have capability to be recognized as “Revolution in Food Technology” as WHO has already declared “Spirulina Best Food for Future” & NASA recognized it as “Superfood as 1g Spirulina is equivalent to 1000 g of assorted fruits & vegetables.
