We do not esteem anyone according to the flesh because a son is led by the Spirit (God’s way of thinking) to repute according to the spirit (the mental disposition of others). The modern day church preach, the one destined for destruction, as lord. This teaching “he ̄ ttao ̄ ” you, it makes you inferior to Jesus. When this teaching overcome you, you become a slave of corruption. This leads to fear of destruction because that which is corrupt can be destroyed. Destruction should be welcomed, so that the incorruptible may remain.
