How Many Gallons of Water Does an Average Person Use a Day? By: Lindsay Johnson

Source: percapita.html An average person uses about gallons of water daily.

Source: percapita.html Out of 100 gallons used, people use about gallons in the shower.

Source: 100_cups_of_water_equal s_how_many_gallons With 100 gallons of water you could fill 1,600 glasses of water.

Source: /emergency-water- storage The amount of water people use a day is as much water it takes to fill a whole bathtub.

If you calculated the number of gallons x a cubic foot, you would get cubic feet of water used in a day.

If you wanted to flush the toilet 500,000 times, that would be 3,500,000 gallons an average person uses to flush the toilet. That would take 300 thousand days to reach the amount.

Just one gallon out of 100 gallons used a day is fl oz.

The Colorado River is 325,851 gallons. It would take an average person 3,258 days to equal the amount of water in the Colorado River.
