Credit card You can apply for a credit card too. obtaining a credit card is the most effective way of starting to build a credit history, when you wish to borrow money for significant purchases such as a car or a house. You will need a Canadian history. How to use debit and credit card? Debit card  First, insert your card in Automatic teller.  Enter your PIN number and press OK.  Select an account. Saving/checking  Select a transaction.  Select the amount of money you want,  Wait, your request is being processed.  remove your cash and transaction record.  remove your card.

Credit card  Credit card is used for purchases only.  Sometimes we can take money from the credit card, but interest is higher than debit card.  Bank give loan for high income people, not for students or low income people.

Conclusion  Bank account facilitates a safe custody of money.  Bank account helps in making payments. Example:-Hydro bills, insurance etc.  Bank account helps in collection of money.(The collected money is the deposited in customer’s bank account)  Bank account holders get advances and loans.  Bank account helps in smooth transactions.  Bank account holders get safe deposit locker. Finally, every body must open an account in a bank.
