 A corporation is a corporate body formed to conduct business.  Efficiency can be defined as the quality or degree of being efficient or efficiency is a relationship between ends and means  Effective operation is measured by the comparism between production and cost.

 Corporate Efficiency reduces the inefficiencies and waste in business and administrative processes. That is, optmal production, hence, increased profits.

 Increased Productivity  Enhanced Planning  Faster Turnaround Time  Better Decision Making  Efficient Delegation  Improved Project Management

 Ready to learn fast  Wastage (utilizing available resources)  Focus  Courtesy  Respect  Adopting the culture  Team work  Thinking outside the box  Adaptability
