Aligns with MSU Goal 1: Connecting Students with Success 2. Collections. Outcome: Provide scholarly, authoritative resources in all formats in support of teaching, learning and research. St University Strategic Plan Commitment to Evidence-based Indicators of Success The accomplishments specified in this strategic plan presume substantial gains in key performance indicators of institutional and learning outcomes. By the end of January 2012, the University’s Institutional Research Office will compile baseline statistics against which to measure progress on the stated goals and objectives that comprise this plan, and annually thereafter will assemble data which reports that progress.
