Pilot #1 Informatics staff volunteered to act as peer reviewers, joining survey managers drawn from DHID. All completed training Services completed self assessment using HIS Accreditation Information Pack (HISA-IP) Services uploaded HISA-IP & evidence in support of their responses to SharePoint

Pilot #2 Reviewers viewed evidence before site visit to identify key lines of enquiry Reviewers completed one-day site visit and provided initial feedback “Dummy” HIS Accreditation Board sat Reports forwarded to Services Participants’ Workshop held
