O’Dell, D0 RunIIb PMG 4-Feb Management Tools Status  Once again issues generating CPR u mechanism formally works, but spot checks show correlation between % complete in MS Project files and % complete in COBRA weak u Earned value is wrong s Dale is working with Keith from Welcom on this s may have to do a work around here u Hopefully have something in next 2 weeks...

O’Dell, D0 RunIIb PMG 4-Feb Budget Status  Reviewing Silicon Closeout costs u estimated $350k for silicon closeout s $96k M&S/ $254k Labor s have spent $22k on M&S, $116k on labor to date on these tasks (project accounts) u However full silicon closeout EQU money (spent to date) is ~$300k over estimate (??) s ($2,835k vs $2,542k) –‘overspending’ was apparently in FY03? s is there confusion with R&D funding or PA? s Will be working to sort out what is happening here –don’t panic yet...
