Equivalent to ten hours of on-site workshop, this structured online course is self-paced for the participants, providing them an overview of the rich educational teaching and learning resources that are offered on the Thinkfinity web site that they can complete at their own pace
Clock Hours: 10 clock hours Registration Limit: 25 participants Dates: November 16 – December 18 Registration Instructions (details on ) 1. Go to and click on courses Search for “Thinkfinity” and click on the course. 3. If you are a new user, you will be asked to create an escWorks account. If you already have an account on the ESD 112 escWorks site you will need to login. 4. Once you are logged in, you will be taken to the registration page
Goals: Establish a network of Washington Thinkfinity trainers coordinated through each ESD In 3 years ◦ A trainer in every district ◦ Awareness in each building
1. Each ESD will announce a date 2. An invitation to districts to send one person for training 3. Training is free, clock hours available, and a stipend will be offered 4. Trainers commit to training at least 10 teachers or 50% of their staff, whichever is less 5. Additional stipends possible if/when teachers become ESD adjunct instructors and teach Thinkfinity courses for the ESDs 6. Starting late 2009 and early 2010
