Goal of Home Depot – Wants to expand in Central or South America – They want to expand in a country based on the three ingredients Infrastructure Do-it-yourself culture Natural resources

Stats about our Country In the Southern hemisphere. Board by Argentina, Bolivia, and Peru. 17,269,525 people Spanish

Our Position Home Depot should go in Santiago,Chile – Great location – Strong infrastructure – Good history

Great location Santiago has lots of forests – Home Depot could get the wood from this forests Santiago’s population (large ) – More clients for Home Depot, more money Santiago’s economy – The economy in Santiago,Chile is consistent (stays like that for a long period if time)

Strong infrastructure Airports – Chile has world-class airports Roads/High ways – The Pan-American Highway is considered to be up to high international standers Ports - Larger ships will arrive in Chilean ports as a result of the Panama Canal expansion
