Don’t know your login details? Find a recent invoice from us There’s a note on the bottom of the invoice telling you how to work out your username and password

Once Logged in After a short wait you’ll see a page that looks like this…

Molly – Your friendly helper! Our friendly basket ball, Molly will be there all the way to help you out… Firstly Molly will say “Click on a category”

Choose a category Run your mouse over and click on a category

Viewing the item list… An item list appears There’s two ways to view the item list The default is alphabetical order showing product description and price

Viewing the item list If you want to view by our item code… Click “Display by Item Code”

View by item code The list will re sort and show item number and product description (in item code sequence)

Item Preview Hold your mouse over any product and it will show in the item preview box Description, item code, barcode, stock status, unit and price will be displayed

Stock Status… If an item’s not in stock and the computer doesn’t know if it’s on order with our supplier it’ll just say “No Stock” Or if the computer knows it’s on order it will show a date

What’s the little camera for? If you move your mouse over the little camera and click it, a new window will appear Pressing the down arrow key will also show the item preview

Item view You can see a photo of the product Once you’re done just click the Close[x] on the little pop up window

The Search box Search any… Part of a word(s) Item code Barcode

Searching… Search within a category or Tick All Categories

Searching… If the search criteria matches only one item in our stock list it will automatically put it in your order and show the item in the Item Preview box. (You can always delete this if you don’t want it)

Easy Ordering… Scan or type in barcodes! Click the mouse in the search box, tick All categories and scan (or type in) a barcode, it will automatically appear in your order You can scan several items in a row without using the keyboard or mouse and then go back and update quantities

Display back / forward orders At the bottom LH side there are three buttons Click Display Back Orders

Back Orders…. A window will pop up with a list of everything you have on back order…

Can’t see it on backorder? Scroll down. Items shaded with pink background are already on packing slips (not in the outstanding orders file). The status will show if the goods have been sent etc

Placing an order Easy - Just click an item in the Item list, Search results page or scan (or type in) a barcode The Quantity field will be selected so you can type the quantity without moving your mouse to the field

Placing an order Update the quantities of the products ordered Click Place Order Now

Molly makes a favorites Category Molly makes a new Category called “Favorite Items” This Category will have all the stuff you regularly order!

Order Confirmation A copy of the order will be sent to your address Barcode, Item, description, price, quantity and unit are detailed on the list At the bottom of the order is a duplicate in “CSV” to copy and past into a database

Excel version of the order Attached to the is an Excel version of your order You will also be able to download a copy after you place an order
