NOTE: Managing ALS account is the same as in managing Public and Private accounts like Add (Manage) Personnel, Resetting/Locking Password, Removing Role of ALS Admin/Facilitators
BEST PRACTICES IN LIS/EBEIS SUBMISSION 1.First and foremost, I studied the system (specially the new features) and share it to my former staff (Rey Miguel – former Job Order now an Admin Aide 6 at the office of CID) 2.I made a step by step procedures using PowerPoint presentation. 3.If there are still time to orient the school heads and ICT coordinators, I will set an orientation schedule, if none, I will let the school heads and ICT coordinators download my presentation in our website and also in our Facebook Infoboard group. 4.I always open the Facebook LIS/EBEIS Helpdesk and read updated instructions posted by our LIS /EBEIS Administrators (Jonathan Diche), and then I shared them to our Facebook Infoboard and website for our SH and ICT Coordinators to read. 5.We will set a deadline of submission (before CO deadline)
6.I also read all the threads in the FB LIS/EBEIS Helpdesk so that I will know the answers to all the queries. 7.We (I and Rey Miguel) conducted 24/7 Technical Assistance (like resetting passwords, answering all the queries of school heads and ICT coordinators through face to face, text, pm and call.) 8.Constant monitoring the LIS/EBEIS Updating. 9.We texted the status of updating to all school heads (participating and not participating or submitted or not). We also posted in our Facebook Infoboard those schools that are not prepared or not yet submitted every now and then. (with #whatareyoudoing) 10.We tapped the EPS and PSDS in-charge of the Districts where the schools are located to follow up the submission of LIS/EBEIS 11.We congratulated also the schools that submitted before the deadline. 12.We will let the school heads explain for not meeting the deadline.
