VISION STATEMENT VISION STATEMENT is how to make our school a brilliant school, it is what we do and what we will keep doing. ‘At King’s Sutton Primary Academy, we create an environment together, where everyone is valued and inspired to achieve excellence for life-long learning’

ETHOS STATEMENT IDEAS ETHOS is what we BELIEVE The adults took your first ideas and came up with this statement: Together we: Value, Inspire and Achieve We gave these words back to you so that we could make sure all children understood the meaning : You came up with some good synonyms; other words which mean the same as: Value, Inspire and Achieve

ETHOS STATEMENT PROCESS (Stage 4) 1) Children to select their favourite by logging on to survey monkey and selecting one option then EP to identify on display with label Year X liked this one the best 1) Staff to select their favourite by logging on to survey monkey and selecting one option then EP to identify favourite for staff on display with label 2) Governors to select their favourite by logging on to survey monkey and selecting one option then EP to identify favourite for governors on display with label 2) Parents to select their favourite by logging on to survey monkey and selecting one option then EP to identify favourite for parents on display with label SHORTLISTING: The three statements receiving the lowest votes from children and staff combined will be discounted from the remainder of the process. FINAL RESULT: The statement of those remaining after shortlisting with the highest combined score will be adopted as the school’s ethos statement and published within the school and on the website, school stationery etc. In the event that there is a tie there will be a second shortlisting process, which may involve combining he best ideas and the outcome of this will be the final result.
