F07 entered ePortfolio: University date February 2007  Has provided evidence for achievements in clinical practice for some time  Nursing & Midwifery Council requirements for continuing professional development  Mandatory E Portfolio introduced in new curriculum  Minimum 18 pieces of evidence including 4 summative reflections and a drug log  F07 are in the process of developing their third ePortfolio

Developing the Accountable Practitioner  CV in support of the module task  CV can be adapted for future employment  The action plan will be a summative assessment component and will require the students to identify and justify a rational for a change or improvement in maternity services.
