VEST Exercise 2016 VEST will continue on recovery Participate in an Integrated Emergency Management Course (IEMC) through the Emergency Management Institute (EMI) Course is a mix of classroom instruction, planning sessions and exercises Outcome – an understanding of their functions related to the transition from response activities to short-term recovery
