Leadership and Me

 What is a leader?  What is a follower?  What does leadership mean to you?

Followers  Who are some great followers?  What made them great?

Leaders  Who are some great leaders?  What made them great?

 How can you apply this in your life as a student?  How can you apply this in life after high school?

 What does it take to “make a leader”?  What does a leader look like? (how do you carry yourself when you’re in school, meeting new people, at work, etc.)  How important is charisma (charm) to leadership?

 If there is no “right way to lead”, what needs to be considered when deciding how to lead?
