The Army Family Action Plan … A process through which quality of life issues are identified, prioritized, and elevated to senior leadership for resolution. Gives commanders and Army Staff insight into quality of life needs and expectations of Army constituents (Soldiers, Families, and DA Civilians). Categories may include but are not limited to:  Benefits and Entitlements  Family Programs  Child, Youth & School Services  Medical and Dental What happens to issue after submission:  Issue researched to determine if it is an active issue or has already been addressed and resolved.  Local command conducts issue review to determine if resolvable at that level.  Commander makes decision to elevate to higher levels for resolution  AR HQ  HQDA Army Family Action Plan
