Therefore, only small offices and commercial development, consistent with policies through contained within the Future Land Use Element of the Orange County Comprehensive Policy Plan relating to commercial development within a rural settlement, shall be permitted, except as may be prohibited by Section Sec Acceptable Commercial Uses.
