Sec Acceptable Commercial Uses. The intent of the Lake Avalon Rural Settlement Commercial Design Overlay District is to preserve the unique rural quality of life the residents presently enjoy. Therefore, only small offices and commercial development, consistent with policies through contained within the Future Land Use Element of the Orange County Comprehensive Policy Plan relating to commercial development within a rural settlement, shall be permitted, except as may be prohibited by Section Sec Acceptable Commercial Uses.
