Everything you need to know to be successful in high school HIGH SCHOOL SURVIVAL GUIDE

The school counselor provides help with:  Academic Planning  College and Career Planning  Personal/ Social concerns We will work with you:  Individually  Small groups like this  Classroom visits  If you need to speak to your counselor there are pink passes you can fill out in the counseling office. Most students fill these out in the morning or during your lunch period. SCHOOL COUNSELORS ROLE

 Must pass High School Assessments and PARCC  Must complete 75 hours of Service Learning, including hours from grade 5 and middle school  Must have a Completer Program Path: University System of Maryland Completer We call it the “college completer” Career Completer CAT-South or Work Dual Completer (both) MORE GRADUATION REQUIREMENTS
