Role of Industry Leaders Vince Ross 37 years of work experience in manufacturing industry, 28 years of that spent in the Building Material Sector Mostly as a Production Manager with management responsibility for the employees who worked for me. Last 13 years I have been responsible for the site management, including quality, purchasing, health and safety, environmental issues and all aspects of HR for 55 employees, at our Dewsbury, London, and Ireland factories.
