lAlcohol

Special report by Sarah Voss & Kendra Adams

You may not think one drink can do a lot of harm, you may not think a sip can hurt, but it can.

Here are a few things it can DO TO YOU!! Drinking can cause... Blurred Vision Messed up perceptions and emotions Bad Breath and Hangovers It can mess with your judgement and make you doings you may never do any other time. It can cause unsafe sex, and drug use Loss of appetite and stomach ailments High risk for overdosing Heart and central nervous system damage Stomach and Liver damage And many, many more

Here is the alcohol percentage in a few different drinks....

Wine Coolers, typically geared towards teens and young adults, contain an average volume of approximately 6 percent. In other words, many 12-ounce wine coolers could contain almost 50 percent more alcohol than an average 12-ounce beer.

You shouldn't drink in the first place!! Driving while drinking though can cause horrible damage to yourself and others. Jacqueline Saburido was 20 years old and got hit in her care by a drunk driver. She was burned and almost dead. To this day she is still trying to get her life back together. The man that hit her had been drinking that day after work and then went to a party and drank more. Then drove home and hit Jacqueline head on. He went to jail for 7 years. She will live with this forever. Drinking and Driving

If this were alcohol and not just goggles, it wouldn’t just be their eyesight that was affected … Alcohol affects: 1.Your frontal lobe –the home of good judgement and conscience 2.Your health and the safety of others 3.Your relationships 4.School, work and especially home

Whether you are drinking to prove you can.. or you’re drinking to solve your problems... or maybe because you think it's cool… Either way...
