The project cannot be done with the personnel constraint of 10 persons. Because several tasks will be run simultaneously the staffing needs exceed 10 persons. To complete the task it would be ideal to have 24 people.

How can he prove to Pathminder that this is the minimum-cost alternative? The critical path is 67 days. To achieve the 60 days goal Dr Watage can spend $400 to crash activity I by five days and $100 to crash activity C by two days. He can prove that this is the minimum cost alternative with the results from QM.
