About my Project I decided to a do an experiment with music because I LOVE MUSIC! So I thought… Does music really effect while you workout?

Back ground Info It has not been recently studied but a British professor tested 12 college men. He had them ride a bike with different music each time. Music can motivate you to get up and be active and feeling of fatigue

Information about music connected with the brain It increases the Serotonin levels (helps brain functions) Listening to music helps you work harder and stay on track. - helps you stay at a steady pace - Helps you stay way from other distractions - Helps the Wave patters and functions in the brain ( Beta Waves) ( Alpha Waves) ( Theta Waves) ( Delta Waves) - With Music it speeds our brain waves 60beats/min - Helps Our body with - Heart Rate - Breathing - Blood Pressure - Body Temperature - muscle spasms

Further Research I say we should listen to music while we work out! It helps our heart rate, breathing and we can go work out longer

Conclusion: I was right!!! Music does help you while you workout! Because you get into a rhythm and you have motivation.
