Expenditures and Progress Report Four times a year, covering three-month periods ▪March – May (due June 30) ▪June – August (due September 30) ▪September - November (due December 31) ▪December – February (due March 31) Reports are due 30 days after the reporting period is finished

Project Accomplishment Report Report as accomplishments occur. ▪They do not have to be tied to a specific report Make sure that all accomplishments for a reporting period have been entered when you submit the quarterly report
