We need the Holy Spirit! ‘Not by might, nor by power but by my Spirit,’ says the Lord of Hosts’ (Zech. 4:6)

The Holy Spirit... -Makes the Father real to us -Helps us understand and recall the Bible -Guides us into God’s plans -Changes us from the inside out -Comforts us -Empowers us to witness to others -Gives us gifts and the power to do amazing things... and a whole lot more...

What is baptism in the Spirit? A.Immersion ‘He [Jesus] will baptise you with the Holy Spirit…’ (Luke 3:16) B. Clothed with power ‘I am going to send you what My Father has promised; but stay in the city until you have been clothed with power from on high.’ (Luke 24:49)

C. Power to witness ‘But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit comes on you; and you will be my witnesses …’ Acts 1:8
