Format for Bridges PLC  Each learning community will develop a “Topic of Focus” for the year based on SMART goals.  PLC meetings will concentrate on the “Topic of Focus and will be run by participants.  A PLC facilitator will serve as the POC for PLC and facilitate the PLC meetings.  Coach will provide support & guidance for the group in order for them to reach their goals.

Monthly Meetings  Participants are expected to invest 4 hrs each month. 1 Hour Face to Face Meeting 1 Hour of Professional Reading and Reflection (participate in Wiki) 2 Hours of self directed professional practice.
