Al Julfar school is creative school. Al Julfar school opened on 1 of February Named because Ras Al Khaimah has been called an old Julphar. Al Julphar school philosophy is school environment attractive, Approach creativity in education. Quality performance, excellence in execution. Curriculum in the Julphar school depends on planing, implementation and evaluation of its components are continuously. And the modern curriculum is all the educational experience provided by the school to students in the classroom or outside. Students in Al Julphar school are very friendly and kind. They are always active and creative also they are collaborates. In Al Julphar school I see many important person and here I will write the 5 key personal...

Principal The principal, as the instructional leader of the school. Many of roles and responsibility did that including student discipline, leadership and many other roles ( Meador, 2014 ). But the good principal is balanced within all their roles. The principal is evaluating their teachers. Evaluations should be fair and the principal should write the strengths and weaknesses that teachers have and then submit the suggestion to develop the teacher to be more effective. Also the principal is primary leader and to be a good leader should be positive, thinks before they act and puts the needs of the school before themselves ( Meador, 2014 ). Student discipline and hiring new teacher also are roles of the principal.hiring the right person makes your job more easier. There are many factors that play into person being a good candidate for you to hire such as personality, sincerity and teaching knowledge. Despite the many roles they did that but there is also a difficult rules and that is creating schedules. Creating schedules every year can be a daunting task. Finally, principal should have a good relation ship with parents and community to help their school out tremendously ( singh, 2010 ). ( I have met the principal Ms.Mariam once in my life. I met here in my class when I have a presentation with Ms.Alya. I noticed that she has a strong characters and leadership at the same time. Although she has many works, she listens to the problems of student. So, a good principal requires planning, management, the ability to build positive relationship and ability to deal with issues. ). Deputy principal A deputy principal works directly under the principal. Sometimes called a assistant principal or vica principal, assists a principal in the general leadership and governance of a school ( singh, 2010 ). Vica principals are playing a greater role in ensuring the academic success of students by helping to develop new curriculums. Deputy principals have many responsibilities such as meets with parents to discuss activities, supporting committees of staff that function to improve the learning and resolving conflicts between students and teachers. A deputy principal must solve problems by analyzing information and selecting the best solution also requires extensive knowledge, skills and experience to deal with the responsibilities of students. This role requires successful experience in classroom teaching and leadership within a school sitting ( singh, 2010 ). ( The first day in the Julphar school I meet the deputy person. She tells me about how teachers will be with me ? She name is Ms.Najeba. She is very friendly with student. All the time, she is smiled and I like her personality. ).

Social workers Social workers take on a variety of roles, often acting as a critical friend. Social workers do many thing such as caring for family members, experiencing problems with family relationship and conflicts and protect individuals from harm to themselves or to other ( Brody, 2010). Social work is an established professional discipline which works with other professions to play a key role in helping adults and families to take control. Social workers did also suffering serious personal troubles and mental distress and struggling with the challenges of growing old ( Brody, 2010). ( Because I was the principal of the student in school, I have a good relationship with the social workers. I work with her all the time. She divide the work between me and her. I like her job because she can communicate with student, teacher and family. ) Years leader Teacher leaders did roles to support school and student success. Teacher leaders did many roles can contribute to their schools success. Resource provider is one of her rules. Teachers help their colleague by sharing instructional resource. These might include web sites, reading or other resource to use with students ( Harrison, 2007 ). The leaders can also signs to post on the wall that explain to students how to get help when the teacher is busy. The role of teacher leader is curriculum specialist and instructional specialist to helps colleagues implement effective teaching strategies. She supports work inside classroom to help teachers implement new idea. I didn't forget another role, she did it such as mentor, data coach, catalyst for Chang and school leaders. Being a school leader means supporting school initiatives ( Harrison, 2007 ). ( I did not communicate with teachers leader because I didn't know their are leader in school. So, I hope to communicate with her in second teaching practice. ) Classroom teacher The teacher is the key person in the students life. It makes the student likes or dislikes school.in many ways, there are a lot of roles of a teacher such as coach and manager. When I said the teacher is manager that is because she or he takes attendance, responds to parents e.mail, notes and phones ( Jeezan, 2008 ).

The teacher also as social skills. A large part of teaching involves coaching and behavior. Students come to school with all kinds of attitudes and teacher work day to day out with students to develop their abilities related to optimal social skills ( Jeezan, 2008). But the predominant role is collaborator. Would it be better to broaden the responsibilities above all faculty members so that every professional educator has responsibilities for the management of a relatively equal group of student. Finally, to being a good teacher should respect your self and your colleagues also be encourage at all time ( Jeezan, 2008). ( I study in school about 12 years. Each year, I communicate with my teacher to help me when I have problem also to encourage me when I feel nervous. And during the teaching practicum, I have communicated with my teacher. She is the main part in guiding and directing panda she gave me the basic rules for the organization and discipline of students ). Each person in school has a rules and responsibilities. And a person cannot be performed the roles of the second person. Principal is a key person and the principal cannot be work without Assistant principal. While the social workers is a link between the parents and students and don't forget the years leader, she leade students to success. Who explain to student the lesson and assisted in the performance of his duties is a teacher who is unparalleled. I learn. Two things from the teaching practice at school. when you want to achieve any thing you should to be patient. If you made a mistake you should to return again... Man does not come out of his others womb, and he knows every thing. My teaching practicum will be better when I attending the classes and sit with many of the teachers and listen to their own experience during the teaching to take advantages of them. And I don't have any question need to be addressed in my next teaching practicum.
