Modern entrepreneurship and territorial development in rural areas

 Modernization of the development approaches in rural territories with focus on the individual entrepreneurship.

 Local administration.  Researches.  Entrepreneurs (starting and active).

 Formation of the methods for creating the plans for starting and supporting the rural entrepreneurship. (for regional administration).  Informing the rural entrepreneurs about the possibilities for support in their regions (financial, organizational).  Teaching the rural entrepreneurs the basis of business-planning, management, fund-rising.  Formation of methodology for developing the rural entrepreneurship (for research institutions).

 Research institutions: RAS, local universities, research organizations.  Local administration.  Representatives of the partner administrations (regional, local).  Representatives of the state institutions for developing the entrepreneurship activities (committees, ministry units, unions).  Entrepreneurs (to share the best practice).

 Lectures.  Round tables and panels.  Workshops.  Distant activities.  Online translation.  Creation of the knowledge base (internet portal for “The best ideas and practice”).
