JIRA PS 54H found in wire-reset home with Motor power supply problemhttps://issues/browse/BIWS-539 Problem: 11/07/ :08 LDB shows only part of IN scan (pts overflow), no Out scan Status: FGen busy FGen not at max Wire-rst home Scan on-going Scan check: 11/07/ :02 and 19:04 LDB shows no profiles, but status are coming back to normal. Check all this month scans showed no errors Suspicion on the PowerAmplifier Amplifier changed at 14h30 Multiple scans on all the scanners shown good movements All data reduction disabled to be able to see all the movement in case of problems. Extensive testing in the lab shown that the PowerAmplifier is functional……

JIRA PS 85.V stayed in wrong position in the beamhttps://issues/browse/BIWS-541 From Ana’s mail: 1) The first scan we did on this user left the scanner IN. => No record in LDB or in Server, Why? 2) Large losses, beams stopped, pot at (IN position). 3) INIT HW, since FGEN at max (correctly at IN position) 4) ERROR, wire still in? in the middle, position at bits. 5) No clue why last scan and InitHW has no LDB? 6) Bit 10 raised of the mcStatus (large difference in voltage potentiometer-requested position). => Could indicate an issue with PowerAmplifier 7) Data reduction was enabled in purpose => Missing movement information 8) No power supply error detected. Hardware next steps options: Remove power supply and check in the lab => Next week technician is back to test it. If PowerSupply if broken => Install new one in the machine. If PowerSupply is fine => Install new (or old one) and check in the machine during TS. Software next steps: 1)Check why we have RAW positions, by not out position 2)Check why the server is then missing Logging entries after that (when we have a problem
