Procreatin-7 Stability in concentrated mineral premixes Procreatin-7 was included in a commercial dairy premix at a rate of 4.54 g/lb. Premix was formulated to contain 31% NaCl and 20% Mg, plus an all sulfate trace mineral pack. Samples were collected at 2 wk intervals for 10 wks and Procreatin-7 levels (cfu/g) determined. Results: Procreatin-7 levels consistent over the 8 wk period. Commercial Trial, 2003

Procreatin-7: Study to determine mixing accuracy using a horizontal commercial mixer Procreatin-7 feeding rate 4 g/h/d Procreatin-7 included in commercial grain mix at 0.8 lb/ton Recovery accuracy based on CFU/g recovered verses theoretical or calculated CFU/g from Procreatin-7 minimum guarantee of 15 billion CFU/g and amount added to the grain mix Results: CFU’s recovered from batch feed samples were greater than 100% of theoretical Commercial Trial, 2004

Procreatin-7 demonstrates ability to maintain effective live cell counts for over 90 days in concentrated dairy mineral premix (16% salt, 12% Ca, 4.5% P & 5% Mg) Target Level (210,000,000)

Procreatin-7 maintains effective live cell counts in a commercial dairy feed in the presence of organic acids. Procreatin-7 was mixed into a commercial dairy feed containing buffered organic acids. The buffered organic acids are used as mold and yeast inhibitors in on-farm total mixed rations. Two samples of the feeds were sampled and live yeast cell counts were determined every other week for 8 weeks. Results: Procreatin-7 retained stability for 6 weeks. Commercial Trial, 2004

Procreatin-7 Guaranteed live cell activity - 15 billion cfu/g ® Active Dry Yeast – for Dairy Cattle Consistency – Stability - Performance Guaranteed live cell activity - 15 billion cfu/g Low inclusion rates: 4 g/h/d: Lactating & dry cows and growing heifers 2 g/h/d: Calves and heifers < 300 lb Maintains potency under a wide variety of feeding conditions
