Bridging HOPE Project Youth Unemployment Proposal 2

Bridging HOPE Project The Objective : HOPE worldwide Malaysia as a platform, (a) For the Youth to discover their strength and career direction. (b) A bridge for the Youth to gain experience and job opportunities in various companies through our connection.

The Project Beneficiaries:  Youths from the underprivileged families whose age range between 15 to 23 years old.  These youths are from urban poor community whose household income is less than RM 1,000.00, who struggle in the vicious cycle of poverty in the family.  These youths are the ones who struggle through low self- esteem, adequate academic results, peer pressure and lacking of self-motivation. In view of the needs of the youths, we will provide learning program on elements as below:  Character Building  Self-esteem  Communication  Team Work  Self-Endurance & Motivation  How to be a THINKER  To discover their strength and interest and to shape their ambition Bridging HOPE Project

The project progress: Bridging HOPE Project The Youths 15 to 17 year-old To attend ongoing Bridging HOPE Project learning programs The Youths who reached 18 years old: according to their strength & interest, they will be recommended by HOPEww to certain companies for internship program Career Opportunities

The CAREER OPPORTUNITIES : The Youths who completed their internship programs are then ready for career opportunities at below fields:  Food & Beverages  Hospitality  Information Technology  Media & Communication  Retail  Sales & Marketing  Beauty Care Bridging HOPE Project
