“Your photography is a record of your living, for anyone who really sees.” –Paul Strand Home Everyone is born with a talent, something they are good at, or simply something they just love doing. From the time I could pick up a pencil and form sentences, I was hooked. I wouldn’t say that writing is really a talent that I possess, but it is however, a form of expression that I love. Something that most people can’t believe is that I have kept a journal for most of my life. I am very soft spoken, so writing has always been preferred over talking to get my feelings out. As I get older I am learning to express myself more through talking, yet my journals always seem to run out of blank pages anyways. A lot of this has to do with the fact that I simply just like to write. There is just something so personal about the whole process of pouring your thoughts out onto a piece of paper. Throughout middle school and high school my love for writing has only gotten stronger. Writing used to be this simple, mundane task, but now I know it to be so much more. The complex world of writing has definitely captured me. I have even started writing my own book, in the hopes that one day I will contribute to someone else’s love for writing. Writing will always be apart of my life in years to come, just as it has in the past.
