What is a King Cobra? Is it an amphibian? Well, you can find out if you just sit back and enjoy this report about King Cobras.

The king cobra is very venomous and has a loud hiss to keep predators away from it. The venom is for killing prey and the King Cobra’s venom has enough neurotoxin to kill an elephant in one bite.

The King Cobra has scales that have a small amount of yellowish brown and it has a symbol on the back of its head that looks like head phones.

What's very interesting is that the King Cobra can swallow a hole mouse in one bite. It can also eat rabbits, rats and many other small animals.

King Cobras live in rain forests and plains in India, Southeast Asia and Southern China.
