Designed, developed and executed pre-fixe menus, quality control, and seasonal specials. Followed up and worked with clientèle, offered suggestions, and secured contracts. Managed restaurant and informed staff of event details once confirmed. Server Spiedo Ristorante, San Jose, CA (November 2008 – April 2009) Served tables, assisted guests with order selection, and ensured prompt, accurate service. Ensured high guest-check averages by up-selling appetizers, beverages, and dessert. Regularly followed up with guest tables and promptly fulfilled additional requests. Provided excellent patron experiences through phenomenal customer service. Hostess/Server Emil Villa's Hickory Pit, Livermore, CA (May 2005 – November 2007) Took customer orders, answered menu inquiries, and made suggestions. Prepared individual salad and soup orders along with alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. Efficient in wine corkage and presentation, entrée delivery, and payment.

March 2010: Kappa Delta Sorority’s Shamrock Showcase, Morris Daily Auditorium, SJSU Helped organize and successfully put on a philanthropic event that raised over $12,000 dollars by selling tickets, T-Shirts, and food. April 2009: Valley Humane Society, Pleasanton CA Helped clean cat cages, played and helped the dogs exercise, made sure all homeless pets had food and water each day.
