CONTINUING EDUCATION CURRENCY

CONTINUING EDUCATION Chapter 10-5 of Desk Guide – must attend 3 approved real estate related or approved courses during a consecutive 5-yr period – must complete annual agency ethics training – attendance at DOE sponsored RE workshop may be substituted for one of the RE courses required during the 5 yr. period

CONTINUING EDUCATION Every 5 years the CRS will provide a list showing completion of these currency requirements. Failure to maintain currency will result in a suspension of all certificates held by that CRS until currency requirements have been met.

CONTINUING EDUCATION The only change contained in the revised Desk Guide is the addition of the following statement: “Courses used to substitute for the creditable years experience requirements may not be used to meet currency requirements.”
