MLL FAQ How to manage a curriculum ?

Schneider Electric 2 - Division - Name – Date How to manage a curriculum ? ●A curriculum is a combination of several learning objects (events/online class…) ●Upon registration, the participant must activate the curriculum and follow its logical sequence. ●Please note that in case of an Event, no dates will be proposed to the participant until he/she activates the event and places himself/herself on a session. ●Some Events can be under status « Pending Prior Training » that is because curriculum is set up with a learning sequence and the participant has to complete all the trainings one by one. After completing 1st event, the 2 nd event’s status will change to « Registered » automatically so that the participant can choose a session.

Schneider Electric 3 - Division - Name – Date How to manage a curriculum ? To request a curriculum : 1. Look for the training in the catalogue 2. Click on « Request » 3. Select a Training Purpose and click on « Submit »

After having requested, the curriculum appears in the active tab of your transcript with status “Pending approval” unitl your manager approves it. Once your manger approves, the status of the trainnig request will change to « Registered » Click on “Open Curriculumn”. You’ll see the list of trainings and their sequence on the left Click on “Activate” in order to activate the curriculum and to launch the trainings within that curriculum

Schneider Electric 5 - Division - Name – Date How to manage a curriculum ? You will observe that some trainings have the status « Registered » and some have « Not Activated ». In order to activate them, you must click on « Launch » (for the online class) or « Activate » (for the Events) In case on an Event, once activated, you must select a session by clicking on the link « Select Session »

Select a session (real one or a « CourseWaitlist » depending on their availability) and click on « Request » If a warning message appears informing you of a potential conflict of schedule, this is normal because all the « CourseWaitlist » sessions are scheduled for the end of December Click on «Yes» in order to accept. Then your will be « Registered » on that particular session, PASS Training will contact you in order to propose you a session in case you selected a CourseWaitlist session
