How to use a Mix with Math Homework COURTESY OF LISA NATIONS

 A Power Point Mix will be a great way to use Technology in reviewing steps to solving problems or helping with Homework.  I will use the Mix to help explain more difficult concepts or what steps students need to do in order to solve problems.  This will help parents see the steps and it will help students see and hear what we have practiced in class.

Using Order of Operations What is the correct order of operations?  Parentheses  Exponents  Multiplication or Division which ever comes first in the problem  Addition or Subtraction which ever comes first in the problem Now let’s solve this problem: x (6 – 3)
