Why You Should Eat Healthy Healthy Eating There are lots of reasons why you should eat healthy. Some people think you should eat healthy because of the way they would look if they eat a lot of junk foods. But it’s actually not about the way you look. It’s something that you should be concerned about because it can actually affect your health badly. There are even diseases like diabetes. Diabetes is caused by too much sugar than you are supposed to have in your body. People are suffering because of diabetes. Think about your health being in danger. Your strength and your bones would be weak and may not even have strength to move!!! So you should start eating healthy. Eating healthy can help you cure your body and make your bones and your strength strong so you could walk fine. When you eat unhealthy food, it may not affect you right away so you think its fine… but it can really affect you when you get older. So you should start eating healthy. Follow the Canadian food guide, it can help you a lot. So eat your meals balanced meaning don’t eat too much of something or too little, just eat the right amount of grain products, milk and alternatives, meat and alternatives, and fruits and vegetables. Don’t only think of your present health, but think of how it can affect your health in the future of what you eat so eat healthy and STAY HEALTHY!!!
