Enables your reps or merchandisers to place orders instantly by using only their cell phones. Enables your reps or merchandisers to capture returns and the reasons thereof instantly. Enables your reps or merchandisers to instantly send back stock levels and prices (own and competitors') to the office. Enables the office to fully monitor the reps' and merchandisers' activities and transactions with online realtime reports. (including geo-location in certain instances) Enables field personnel to answer questions from the field (“yes”, the new posters are up!)

What are the benefits of doing all this with a mobile and realtime online system? Save travelling and telephone costs as the rep and merchandiser do not have to return to the office (or phone or fax through) to place orders, capture returns, stock levels & retail prices. Be aware of your competitors' and own retail prices, instantly. Improved productivity of field staff (reps and merchandisers). Quicker turnaround times for orders means happier customers and more revenue. Reduced errors associated with telephonic and fax orders. Keep record of your reps' and merchandisers' whereabouts at certain instances (e.g. when the rep placed the order, the address and map are kept in the system). This feature is currently only available in South Africa. So why is so few people doing it? Costs were prohibitive, not aware of it, good times, handsets …

What are Problem: Information from remote branches are untimely, it is a hassle to compile and it is difficult to spot the problems immediately Solution: Get the branches and/or “reps” to submit reports over the internet, either via PC or their cell phones Because it is web based, updates* are instant. Reports can be tailored to requirements for different stores. Only the problem areas are highlighted, reducing the amount of information that managers need to “process” System key features: affordable, adaptable, easy-to-use *updates to questions (feedback is available immediately)
