Cooperation Outdoor-Tourism Tyrol-Finland  Why did we start the cooperation?  No special focus on specific fields in the LAG – integral regional developement  No simple cooperaton between LAG´s but a cooperation between several small companies in case of sustainability  LAG should be a model in cooperation  Implementation of a common action  „friendship“ is neccessary for a future common action  Detailed project and budget plan  Implementation of the „LEADER-philosophy“  It often depends on the persons!

Cooperation Outdoor-Tourism Tyrol-Finland  Added value of a project  Because of the cooperation of companies many workplaces could be secured and some new workplaces were installed  New (touristic) attractions  Advertisement, Experiences, Networks  Bringing the idea of cooperation‘s to the people in the LAG  stronger coopertation projects  Project is in the focus, not the funds!  Exchange of persons and knowledge (LEADER- philosophy)
