Safety Posters Rubric - 10 point assignment

Your Task Build a playing card structure at least 3 stories tall You only have 5 minutes

Team Work What went well? encouraged each other and the carpenter everyone helped with ideas about base new suggestions welcomed lots of agreement architect/builder worked well What can be improved? No team work and carpenter did not listen to architect architect and builder disagreed a lot lots of arguing to solve problem felt judged by team and secret telling

Team Work -period 3 Well everyone participated and listened everyone had input focused and supported everyone asked questions never gave up switched jobs several times to let others try background Not so well communication at end not good - disagreement on task argued a lot, got distracted, different ideas

Team Work Period 4 Worked Well Deciding on jobs - was easy and we all agreed encouraged our builder tried hard and shared appropriate sense of humor helped task kept on trying Did not work well carpenter did not listen to architect people did not stop talking and were off task and distracting anger yelling at Dom/carpenter arguing - going too slow directing others tasks different ideas - no consensus
