Continued Planning Process Form a Plan *** How will I achieve my goal is by going to my church and volunteering. I will ask what they need help at and try to do it. I’ll try to divide the work I need to into several days and coming up so I work a few hours a day, not all at once.

Continued Process Act ~ On May 1, 2007 go ask second pastor at Church of Grace what I can do to help-volunteer ~ May 4, 2007 start my job ~ May 4, 2007 from 2:30 – 4:30 wash the second floor windows and their sills ~ May 4, 2007 from 4:30 – 6:30 vacuum ~ May 11, 2007 from 2:45 – 4:45 wash the first floor windows and their sills ~ May 11, 2007 from 4:45 - 6:45 vacuum two halls by the windows and then the entrance hall ~ May 12, 2007 from 1:00 – 2:00 cleaned two nursery rooms- vacuumed their and organize all the toys and stuff ~ May 12, 2007 from 2:00 – 3:00 cleaned the whole balcony: vacuumed between chairs, put in envelopes, took out garbage, ect... ~ Went to the janitor room and out away all utensils ~ Got my work approved

Continued Planning Process Follow up Well, yes of course my plan had worked. First of all, like I planed I went to an administrator and asked what I could do to help. Then I got my task, which was to clean the first and second floor windows, to vacuum a few hallways, clean the nursery rooms, and the balcony. The next thing I did was I took all the tasks and divided them into three days of volunteering. I came up that I would volunteer on May 4, 2007, May 11, 2007, and May 12, 2007.

Continued Follow Up So then when those days approached I did what I had planned and it all worked our great. I washed all the windows that their were on those two floors. I also vacuumed the hallways were the windows were located. And the big hallway at the entrance to the church. Then cleaned two of the nursery rooms. Then finally finished of with the balcony.
