Updates Activity 1.1 and 1.2 – Organisation of the EJN plenary meetings (…) The other two meetings are, in principle, held in the Member States holding the Presidency of the European Union, financed by the EJN Secretariat annual budget, with exception of the travel costs. (…) Complete information on the objective 1. is provided in the EJN Document “Guidelines on the organization of the EJN Meetings”

Updates Activity 2.1 – Maintenance/ improvement and updating of the EJN website (…) The EJN Secretariat is also responsible for the updating of some parts of the website on a permanent basis, namely: Judicial Library (incl. status of implementation of FW Decisions), static informative sections (about, meetings, registry, grants, etc.), news and events sections; Info to CP’s, registry and partners section. The contractor will be in charge of technical and functional maintenance, including minor improvements, of the website. Activity 3.1 – Enhancement of the EJN Website (…) Following the same direction of the other tools of the EJN Website, the Compendium tool will be revamped in the course of Footnote: The EJN Website is in the process of being migrated to the e-justice portal. The implementation of this project might have a reflection on the ongoing activities related to the website.
