6 Pack 131 Has Grown Current Roster 62 Cub Scouts – Turned away 2 boys b/c we didn’t have a Den for them Last Year at this time 52 Scouts Families from 4 Towns Approximately 20 Siblings

7 Program Enhancements Summer Activities – 5-6 Fun Events for who ever showed up Streamlined Cub Scout Recruiting Fall Hike & Cub Scout Adventures Fall Camp Out/Day Trip Enhanced Rocket Day Expanded Klondike Derby Participation Expanded Pack Service Project

8 Pack Volunteer Drain Since January of 2014 The Pack Committee Has Lost – A Chair Person – Secretary/Rocket Commander – Training Coordinator – Awards Chairperson – Cubmaster or Assistant Cubmaster – (2) General Committee Members – More work for the Treasurer 7 Volunteers have left the Pack level leadership in the past 16 Months

9 Of These Positions Jen Mooney took on the added role of Advancement Chairperson The rest are unfilled

10 Help Wanted Without help in the following positions – Secretary – Public Relations Coordinator – Adult Volunteer Coordinator – Committee Members – Assistant Cub Master – Event Coordinators The burden on the core leadership group is too great to continue
