Embedding CRED Training Day

Timing: ~ Introductory session (2 hours) ~ One training day (6 hours) ~ Follow-up sessions (2 hours) Focus: ~ Embedding of CRED Policy ~ Self-evaluation/critical self-reflection processes ~ Consideration of a whole school/organisation approach

Aim To support participants to embed the CRED Policy at a whole school/organisation level

Outcomes – training day Participants will: have increased their understanding of what effective CRED practice looks like develop understanding of how to implement the CRED policy

Workshop 1: Review of work on indicators How did you find the process? What challenges did the process present? How useful do you feel indicators are in the process of self –evaluation and beginning the process of embedding CRED within the school?
