For Center Grove Community School Corporation Data Component for Indiana Teacher Evaluation System

In the past, each teacher was required to write a Goal Action Plan in the fall. Now, considerable time and effort has been spent on the writing of the GAP to help satisfy the data/student growth component of the new Indiana Teacher Evaluation System. Step 2 in the process is to complete the Reflection portion of the GAP. May 1, all Goal Action Plan Reflections are due to your administrators (or before if you volunteer). This is the time for you to share the data and results for your goal. The GAP Reflection form is on the 3 rd page of the GAP form. The GAP for and Reflection Rubric can be found on the Staff Evaluation Page of the CG website.

All teachers must complete the Reflection form. Administrators will use the Reflection rubric to score it. Teacher’s Signature: Administrator’s Signature: Date Submitted: Reflection and Celebration: Evaluate your progress toward attainment of your goal and specific strategies. Provide documented evidence that the implementation of the goal has had an effect on student achievement as well as the school or corporation’s mission. Be sure to include documented evidence that your teaching pedagogy has changed because of this process and the new knowledge you gained along the way. Also, mention how you collaborated or shared achievements with colleagues or administrators and what your next steps will be.
